Meet Your Instructor: Dennis Badger

Dennis Badger brings more than 30 years of real estate appraisal, appraisal review, education, and regulatory experience to every course he teaches. As a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, Dennis is committed to helping appraisers better understand not only what the standards require, but how those standards apply in real-world appraisal practice.
Dennis has served in multiple leadership and regulatory roles within the appraisal profession, including service on the Appraisal Standards Board from 2011 to 2014. He also works extensively in USPAP compliance, appraisal review, complaint analysis, and regulatory education, giving him a practical perspective on the issues appraisers face in their day-to-day work.
